Situated on the banks of the Roaring Fork River the Chateau Eau Claire and Roaring Fork condominiums offer one to four bedroom condos in a quiet neighborhood only four blocks to the Aspen Silver Queen Gondola. The Chateaus are perfect for families or groups. Each condo features a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace and view of the river. Complex amenities include a year-round pool and hot tub and conference meeting room. Few communities provide the natural beauty, the range of outdoor activities, and the palate of restaurants. Just a few of the cultural events and organizations in Aspen and Snowmass include- The Aspen Music Festival, Winterskol, Aspen Theatre in the Park, The Aspen Institute, X-Games and the Aspen Food and Wine classic. Please check-in at 730 E Durant Avenue in Aspen. Office hours are Mon-Sun 8am to 7pm. Housekeeping schedule and costs are available upon request.
