The minimum age restriction at check-in during Spring Break will be amended to 18 years old Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Cleaning fee USD 78.84 for 1 bedroom, USD 106.99 for 2 bedroom, including tax. There is a USD 11.27 registration fee. Cleaning fees from Feb 26,2011 April 9, 2011 1 bedroom- USD 102.61 tax inclusive 2 bedroom with bunks- USD 129.51 tax inclusive Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Min. age for check-in is 21. Oldest guest must have cc to put on file for potential damages. Check-in is located at 17168 Front Beach Road. From Feb. 27 to April 9 the minimum age restriction at check-in during Spring Break will be amended to 18 years old.
