Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When you stay goes into another week, another weekly rate is charged. Many guests staying less than a week still find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check in even if the rooom is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Front Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday.
